How can I track my Cleytro order?
After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order directly in your Cleytro account.
What age is Cleytro suitable for?
This e-bike & e-scooter is recommended for riders aged 18 and above. Always check and follow your local regulations regarding minimum riding age.
What comes with my e-bike or e-scooter order?
Each Se-bike or e-scooter includes the bike, charger, battery (if applicable), basic tools, and a user manual. Accessories may vary by model.
Will my e-bike or e-scooter arrive assembled?
Our e-bikes arrive partially assembled. Final assembly usually takes 20–40 minutes and requires basic tools.
Can I place bulk or business orders?
Yes. For bulk purchases or business inquiries, please contact Cleytro sales support for custom pricing.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact Cleytro support as soon as possible. Once shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Locations
Our warehouses are mainly located in Germany and Poland. We will arrange for shipment from these two warehouses based on the specific model and quantity you purchase.
Processing Time
Shipment is typically arranged within 24 hours of receiving order confirmation and payment.
Shipping Methods and Rates
Most of our orders are delivered via FedEx Express, with a few remote areas possibly shipped via truck.
Delivery Times
You will generally receive your package within 5-7 days after your order is shipped. Delivery to remote areas may take up to 10 days.
Tracking Your Order
You can find the shipping tracking number in your Cleytro account and track your goods on the corresponding logistics website using that number. Alternatively, you can contact customer service for assistance.

Shipping policy
Cleytro EU offers shipping within the continental EU (except Switzerland, UK, Norway). We offer local pickup and shipping via UPS, DHL, DPD. No taxes or duties are required. Orders from stock are usually dispatched within 2 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Please allow 2-8 business days for your shipment to arrive. All delivery dates provided by Tifgalop are estimates. For more shipping information, please email support.eu@tifgalopbike.com. We will contact you within 24 hours.
warranty policy
All Cleytro bikes and scooters are warrantied against manufacturing defects in material and\/or workmanship for 2 year from the date you received the bike (excluding all free accessories) We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in material and\/or workmanship (including damage during handling of the shipment) Before making a warranty claim, we recommend that you first contact us at support.eu@tifgalopbike.com.
return & refund policy
We provide an exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days of receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will bear the shipping costs for return (exchange), in case of non-quality return, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
