1. Overview & Acceptance of Terms
This website is operated by Cleytro. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Cleytro. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing an electric bicycle (E-bike), electric scooter (E-scooter), or accessories from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).
2. Online Store & Eligibility
- Age Requirement: By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. Operating electric vehicles may be restricted to adults depending on your local jurisdiction.
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
3. Products, Pricing & Specifications
- Product Variations: We make every effort to display the colors, specifications, and images of our E-bikes and E-scooters accurately. However, battery range, top speed, and climbing capability are estimates and may vary based on rider weight, terrain, weather, and riding style.
- Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Hazardous Materials (Batteries)
- Lithium-Ion Battery Shipping: Our E-bikes and E-scooters contain large lithium-ion batteries. Shipping is subject to specialized transport regulations. Delivery times may vary significantly based on your location and carrier restrictions.
- Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Cleytro are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
- Import Duties & Taxes: If ordering internationally, you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees levied by your destination country.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
- Return Window: We accept returns of unridden, unassembled products in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery.
- Return Shipping Fees: Because of the weight and hazardous material classification of electric vehicle batteries, return shipping fees can be exceptionally high. Unless the product arrived defective, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fees: Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% if the original packaging has been opened or damaged.
6. Limited Warranty
- Warranty Scope: Cleytro provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in the frame, motor, battery, and electronic components for a period of 2 year from the date of purchase.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, brake pads, tires, accidental damage, water damage, commercial use, stunts, or unauthorized modifications to the vehicle firmware, electrical system, or structure.
7. Proper Use, Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
- Compliance with Local Laws: E-bikes and E-scooters are subject to strict local, state, and national traffic laws. Regulations regarding helmet use, speed limits, age requirements, and where you can legally ride (sidewalks, bike lanes, or public roads) vary by region. It is your sole responsibility to know and obey your local traffic laws.
- Assumption of Risk: Operating an electric vehicle carries inherent risks of injury, property damage, or death. By purchasing from Cleytro, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the assembly, charging, maintenance, and use of our products.
- Battery Charging Safety: You agree to strictly follow our charging instructions. Cleytro is not liable for fire, property damage, or injuries resulting from improper charging, modified chargers, or unattended battery charging.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Cleytro, our directors, officers, employees, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, personal injury, medical expenses, or property damage arising from your use or inability to use our vehicles.

All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and software, is the exclusive property of Cleytro or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
