We currently ship to all addresses within the European Union . Note: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote island territories at this time due to battery transportation regulations.

3. Processing & Delivery Times
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been dispatched. The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.
5. Signature Requirement
Due to the high value of our e-bikes, a signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package.
6. Battery Shipping Information
As our e-bikes contain high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, they are classified as Hazardous Materials. We comply with all safety regulations, which may occasionally lead to slight delays in transit compared to standard parcels.
7. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your package upon arrival.
If your CLEYTRO e-bike arrives with significant damage to the packaging, please take photos immediately and contact our support team at [cleytro@hotmail.com] within 48 hours.
Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.
8. Returns & Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused without a valid reason (other than damage during transit), the customer may be responsible for the original shipping costs and return shipping fees.
