All Cleyto bicycles come with a one-year comprehensive manufacturer's warranty covering all manufacturing defects. (All free accessories are not covered under warranty.)

● Warranty Period and Eligibility Terms

Except for damage caused by improper user operation, Cleytro will replace any parts deemed defective or damaged (including damage caused during shipping). The warranty covers the products listed below and is subject to the following terms:

● Frame

Cleytro electric bicycle frames are covered by a one-year replacement warranty.

This warranty only covers frame replacement. Labor and shipping costs associated with transferring parts to the replacement frame are not included. A Cleytro authorized service representative will determine if the frame qualifies for replacement.

Cleytro reserves the right to use stock with minor scratches or dents when replacing frames under this warranty. If the frame style and/or color is out of stock, Cleytro may, at its discretion, replace it with a compatible style and/or color.

● The following frame issues are not covered under this warranty, including but not limited to:

→Corrosion
Paint fading, scratches, and impact marks
Impact damage
Irreversible modifications (e.g., drilling or welding)
Chain guard mounted on the frame (if applicable)

● Battery

Cleytro batteries are covered by a one-year prorated warranty.

Defective batteries will be repaired or replaced free of charge within the first year of use. The warranty period for repaired or replaced batteries remains based on the original purchase date.

No cash refunds are provided.

Battery failure assessment and determination can only be performed directly by Cleytro. This limited warranty does not cover the following:

Defects or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities inconsistent with the product's intended use), improper storage, abnormal contact with liquids, chemicals, moisture, wear and tear, sand, dust, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress;
Defects or damage caused by private modifications;
Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by Cleytro;
Products with serial numbers or barcodes that have been removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or rendered illegible;
Normal wear and tear;
Product defects or damage resulting from the use of accessories, products, or auxiliary/peripheral equipment not provided or approved by Cleytro;
Defects or damage resulting from assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, repair, or adjustment of the product in a manner inconsistent with the assembly instructions or user manual;
Defects or damage caused by external causes (such as collision, fire, flood, storm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to harsh weather conditions, theft, blown fuses, or improper use of any power source).

In addition, for batteries, this limited warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by the following actions or circumstances:

Charging with a charger not specified or unsuitable for the battery;

Incorrect use of the battery charger;

Any broken seals or signs of tampering on the battery;

The battery has been used in equipment other than the specified bicycle.

● Parts and Components

Spare parts support a one-year warranty.
[Purchase extra accessories, and you will be protected within one year. Once you can ensure that the item is not working, then you can kindly contact us to replace one new spare part. The prerequisite is that you need to pay the freight fee.]

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

1. Parts compromised by corrosion due to exposure to the elements (moisture, heat, etc.);
2. Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product;
3. Labor charges for part replacement or changeover;
4. Defects or damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;
5. Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by Himiway;
6. Products with the serial number or bar-code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible;
7. Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Himiway for the Products;
8. Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from the Assembly Instructions or Owner's Manual;
9. Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorms, lightning, earthquakes, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuses, or improper use of any electrical source.
10. Regular wear and tear not caused by craftsmanship or material defects, such as tires and brake pads, can be assessed by Cleytro.

● DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES
THIS IS A FULL AND COMPLETE STATEMENT OF CLEYTRO’S WARRANTY FOR THE PRODUCT. NO OTHER REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND BY ANYONE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY REGARDING THE PRODUCT. CLEYTRO’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW BE NO GREATER THAN THE AMOUNT OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE AND IN NO EVENT SHALL CLEYTRO BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES. THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT EXCLUDE LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY CLEYTRO’S NEGLIGENCE.

TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, CLEYTRO HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE FOR THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY.

Some states, provinces, or countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or warranties, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. If it is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction that a certain provision of this Warranty does not apply, all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
