All content and materials available on the Cleytro website, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video demonstrations, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and code (collectively referred to as "Content"), are the exclusive property of Cleytro or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

2. Trademarks and Brand Identity

The name "Cleytro", the Cleytro logo, slogans, and all related product names (including specific model names of our E-bikes and E-scooters), design marks, and slogans are trademarks or registered trademarks of Cleytro.

You are strictly prohibited from using any Cleytro trademarks, metatags, or "hidden text" without our express prior written consent.
Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not owned by Cleytro, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers or disparage Cleytro.

3. Proprietary Vehicle Technology and Industrial Designs

Our electric bicycles and electric scooters represent proprietary technology, research, and industrial development.

All unique vehicle frame designs, mechanical layouts, battery integration engineering, motor configurations, and specific industrial designs are protected under applicable patent, utility model, and design registration laws.
Any unauthorized replication, reverse engineering, counterfeiting, or manufacturing of products derived from Cleytro’s proprietary designs is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent of the law.

4. Limited Software License (Firmware and Applications)

Any software embedded within Cleytro vehicles (firmware) or provided via accompanying mobile applications is licensed to you, not sold. Cleytro grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use such software solely for operating your vehicle. You agree NOT to:

Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the vehicle firmware or applications.
Modify or hack the speed limits, battery management systems (BMS), or firmware configurations of Cleytro vehicles.

5. Limited Use License for Users

Cleytro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of this website. Under this license, you may NOT:

Modify, download (other than page caching), or reproduce any portion of the website Content for commercial gain.
Use any data mining, robots, scrapers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on our platform.

6. User-Generated Content (Reviews and Media)

By posting product reviews, photos, or videos of your Cleytro E-bike or E-scooter on our website or tagging our official social media accounts, you grant Cleytro a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display such content across our marketing channels. You represent that you own all rights to the content you submit.
